In Progress Wagering functions in the same spirit as Wagerstreet.com's
straight wagering, with one exception. Wagerstreet.com will allow
users to place wagers on the events after the event has
started.
Typically during a stoppage in play, a timeout, commercial, or
even quarter break or ntermission interval, Wagerstreet.com's
line manager will assess the situation, make an updated line and
post it at the Wagerstreet.com In
Progress Wagering section.
The user will then have a brief amount of time to assess the
situation, decide if he would like to place a wager, and if applicable
actually place his wager.
In Progress Wagering is fast paced wagering that pits the savvy
of line manager against that of our customers .
The very nature of In Progress Wagering dictates that Wagerstreet.com
will not be able to predict which events for certain will have
In Progress Wagering lines and propositions, that will be dependent
on the score of the game and the situation.
Wagerstreet.com may use either a money line, or a pointspread,
or (more likely) a combination of both when offering our In Progress
Lines.
In order for users to keep abreast of our Live In Progress Wagering
offerings, they should check our In
Progress section frequently.
Special Note Regarding NHL In Game Lines:
During Intermission Wagerstreet.com will post an In Game line
on select NHL games. All regular IN GAME rules apply. For example
if Detroit is -2.5 in the second intermission, Detroit must win
the game by 3 goals to be declared the In Game winner.
