means you can wager on a game even if you have no
money
in your account!
You can have action from a pending wager that hasn't concluded
yet. If that game wins or pushes, then your if bet will
become
action.
You can only wager up to the original amount on the 2nd half
of
the IF BET. Your first wager must win or push in order for you
to
have action on the remaining wager. If the first wager loses,
then
the remaining wager is No Action.
IF BETS are only available on straight wagers.
